My second post this year is concentrating on journalling but maybe not the type you'd expect given the audio nature of this challenge.
There is a special magic to taking up pen and paper and I talk a little about how that manifests as well as passing on a tip for a way to get a quick health check on how balanced your days are working out.
As mentioned in the post you can find a B.A.C.E worksheet here which should give you a good idea of how the tool works. This one is geared towards students but we all have to define what our own metrics for achievements, enjoyment etc.. might be.
Personally, I just track this stuff in my journal when I use the tool but this is the demo sheet I was introduced to the concept with.
